Griffith University, Australia
Whistling Woods International (WWI) has an academic affiliation with Griffith University Australia. The Griffith University provides WWI diploma students with advanced courses in film and television. After completing a two-year diploma, WWI students can take admission to the third year of 'Bachelor of Animation' or 'Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production' at Griffith University.
Students, who wish to pursue education in Bachelor of Animation from Griffith, need to enroll either in February or July intake. The programme includes many courses of which students require to choose about eight courses. WWI runs an exchange programme in association with Griffith University. The aim of an exchange programme is to allow students to complete one semester in Australia.
Deakin University, Australia
Whistling Woods International (WWI) has an academic affiliation with Deakin University Australia. After completion of a two-year diploma, WWI students can take admission at Deakin University to the third year of 'Bachelor of Film and Digital Media' with a selection in Film Majors and Animation. After completion of a two-year diploma specialization in Acting from WWI, students can take admission at Deakin University to the Bachelor of Creative Arts.
Leeds Metropolitan University Leeds, UK
Whistling Woods International has an In Line Partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University. WWI organized a programme 'Bollywood Snapshots', which was attended by the second year students from the Bachelor of Film and Moving Image Production during their stay at WWI. Leeds Metropolitan University students studied many aspects of Indian Cinema. They also completed projects where they needed to produce, write and edit creative short films.
Queensland University of Technology Brisbane, Australia
Queensland University Technology as a co-operative educational institution is recognizing whistling Woods International. Both the institutions agreed to expand joint enterprise between student bodies to exchange publications and study materials. Both the institutions QUT and WWI initiate to impart entertainment education in the world.
Edith Cowan University Mount Lawley, Western Australia
Whistling Woods International is affiliated to Edith Cowan University. Students, who are pursuing a two-year diploma in screenwriting, can take admission at Edith Cowan University to Bachelor of Writing course.
Bradford College Bradford, UK
Whistling Woods International and Bradford College UK won the tender for an UKIERI financed project in 2007. Students from both the institutes will work on the project 'Bradford to Bollywood'. The project deals with Clayanimation film, which makes an entry in the 20th Bradford Animation Festival.
WWI students in the academic year of 2009-10 will be developing story boarding and script together with Bradford Photography students. The two teams, WWI students and Bradford College students will visit each other's institutions, India and UK respectively. Students will go together with faculty members to make clay characters and take successive snap of the characters. The aim of this project is to enhance international relationship.
Whistling Woods International has an In Line Partnership with Syracuse University. Graduate and undergraduate students from the Radio, Film and Television New House School participate in the WWI programme 'Bollywood Snapshots' during their stay at WWI. These students are allowed to visit cultural and historical sites in Mumbai, learn about film production, get an internship in major production houses, interact with media, etc.
Portsmouth University Portsmouth, UK
Whistling Woods International and Portsmouth University work together to focus on basic management skills in artistic industries. Every year, Portsmouth University students spend a week at WWI to acquire the knowledge of leadership, teamwork and management.
Norwegian Film Institute
Whistling Woods International and Norwegian Film Institute help students to exchange culture, library resources, educational programmes, etc. The aim of both institutes is to impart film and television education in the society.
