                     Skeleton: The external or internal framework which supports and protects the soft tissues of the body is called skeleton.

                     Skull: The skeleton of head is called skull.

                     Cranium: The part of the skull that encloses the brain is called cranium.

                     Vertebral Column: The spinal column consisting of 33 vertebrae is called vertebral column.

                     Vertebra: One of the bony segments of the spinal column.

                     Sternum: The breast bone of a terrestrial vertebrae to which most of the ribs are attached is known as sternum.

                     Manubrium: The anterior segment of the sternum of mammal is called manubrium.

                     Sacrum: Thick strong vertebrae which are generally fused together and firmly attached to the ilia of the pelvic girdle.

                     Phalanges: Phalanges are small bones forming the skeleton of digits.
