Every student of Amity College from first year to fifth year needs to prepare project reports on topics assigned to him/her in the core subjects each semester. The project consists of the activities such as visiting court and interviewing clients, etc. In order to complete the project, students are required to visit and observe the procedure and also take training in counseling techniques and client interviewing.
Besides, every student of final year needs to opt for legal writing which are assessed on the basis of his/her presentation and viva. It's mandatory for every student of final year to prepare dissertation on topics assigned to them. This dissertation will be evaluated by a board which includes an expert on the subject approved by the university, director and the faculty member-in-charge. Amity Law School encourages students to publish articles in reputed law journals. The school has a bi-annual publication entitled 'Amity Law Review'. Students have an opportunity to publish their articles. But they need to get their articles reviewed to publish them.
Students will get placed in internship in the 10th semester. They will be placed on internship with law firms and lawyers. Such students need to submit repot on their placement activities with certificates from the authorities where they are working. This will be evaluated by a committee of experts and marks will be awarded only on the basis of his/her performance.

Since Amity students have made mark in cultural activities, there are a number of prizes won by the school. The law school has won many prizes in choreography, business quiz, self-written satirical play, arm wrestling, and biggest liar contest, vocal music, group discussion, cartooning and dumb charades, drawing, English creative writing, clay modeling, etc.
