RMLNLU - Application Procedure
Admissions to law courses at RMLNLU are totally based on performance of students in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). To appear for the test, candidates need to apply for the CLAT entrance exam. The prospectus and application form can be obtained from any designated branches of the State Bank of India and Corporation Bank by paying requisite amount. In Uttar Pradesh, there are only two designated branches, State Bank of India Hazaratganj, Lucknow and Corporation Bank, Kaiserbagh, Luchnow. Candidates are advised to visit to the CLAT website www.clat.ac.in for latest information about admission.
The prospectus and application form can also be obtained by sending a request to the Convener, CLAT, National law School of India University, Bangalore - 560 242. Candidates need to send a Demand Draft for required amount along with the request from. Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of the Convener, CLAT, and payable at Bangalore.
Candidates can also get the prospectus and application form online. They need to visit www.clat.ac.in. Duly completed application form along with DD must be sent to the address as mentioned above. Candidates will get an OMR sheet along with application form and admit card. In OMR form, candidates should mention the name of institution where they wish to apply for admission. Candidates who wish to take admission in RMLNLU need to mark their choice in OMR form.
Candidates should make sure that the form is filled in properly. Every required section of the form must be completed suitably. The duly completed application form should be sent before or on the last date of submission. No form will be accepted in any circumstances after the last date of submission. RMLNLU does not take any responsibility in any postal or courier delay.
Note : Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University does not sell any separate application forms for admission into legal courses at this university. Candidates have to get CLAT application form to apply for RMLNLU.
