RMCAAT- Admission Procedure
If the candidates have passed the qualifying exam they are required to fill an option form with a Demand Draft for requisite amount in favour of Coordinator RMCAAT payable at Jodhpur. The option form will not be valid without the fee. The candidates can obtain the optional form on the exam day.
Admission will be totally based on merit in RMCAAT and the order of options which is filled in by the candidates in the option form. Candidates are advised to choose his/her options meticulously. The institute will be allotted very strictly by computer software by following seats available, order of merit and the order of options which is filled by the candidates.
The information about admission will be available on the respective institute website. Candidates are advised to visit the website for more detailed information about admission. They can also get information on the Notice Board of Coordinator RMCAAT. The candidates have to make sure that they will report in person to the allotted institute. If the candidates are not present on the time to the allotted institute, his/her registration will be cancelled.
Candidates who have taken the qualifying exam are required to submit required documents such as a photocopy of the mark sheet along with the option form so as to prove that he/she has passed the qualifying exam. If the candidate fails to produce the required documents, their candidature will automatically be stand cancelled.
Adjustment of the amount Rs. 5,000 is to be deposited with the option form. This amount is taken with the purpose of refunding to the candidates who are not allotted any institute by RMCAAT. The amount will also be adjusted against fee for the candidates who are allotted by RMCAAT and reported in the allotted institute. It must be taken into consideration that if a seat is allotted to a candidate as per their choice and merit and they are not present on the prescribed date and time then this amount will not be refunded.
