JGLS - Application Procedure
Since there are two methods to apply for a three-year LL.B. (Hons.) and a five-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programmes, candidates can choose either of the methods.
How to Apply Online?
Candidates need to register for LSAT - India before May 2009. The test fee is Rs. 3,500 which is to be paid at the time of submitting application form. Candidates can log on to the Pearson VUE website www.lawtestindia.com for online registration. Candidates have to pay test fee by Demand Draft to download the application form. They can also contact to Pearson VUE for a registration form. The contact details are LSATIndia@Pearson.com and the phone number is 1800-1022323.
Candidates can get an application form by calling 1800-1022323 which is toll free number, or they can send an e-mail to the above mentioned mail ID. Candidates must make sure that they fill in the application form properly and not commit any mistake. The uncompleted form will not be accepted in any circumstances. The duly completed form along with the Demand Draft of requisite amount must be sent to NCS Pearson India Pvt. Ltd. as mentioned above.
Once candidates are done with the registration, they are required to fill in the prescribed JGU/JGLS application form. It ought to be noted that the form needs LSAT-India registration number to be granted at the time of paying the LSAT-India fee. Jindal Global Law School prefers online submission rather than offline. Candidates can submit the form by e-mail to admission officer, O.P. Jindal Global University, at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com . The application form can also be sent by post to Admission Officer, O.P. Jindal Global University, 12, Jindal Center, Bhikaiji Cama Place, New Delhi - 110 006. Candidates make sure that the form must reach before or on the last date of submission. No form shall be accepted after the prescribed date. JGU/JGLS does not charge any application fee.
Candidates will be provided with the admit card for exam by Pearson India Pvt. Ltd. it should be noted that candidates may be asked for admit card once they enter the test center. Thus, every candidate has to produce it whenever they are asked to do so. Along with admit card, every candidate ought to have identity proof such as passport, election or PAN card, diver's license. Each candidate is expected to be present on the time at the test center.
