GUJCET - Gujarat Common Entrance Test
About the Test
Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is conducted by Gujarat Education Board. The test has been conducted for the students who are looking forward to pursuing their education in professional courses such as:
- Health Sciences
- Pharmacy Degree/Diploma Courses
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board set the common entrance test with the intension of providing good education in Engineering, Pharmacy and Medical Courses after standard XII Science Stream.
How to Apply
The candidates, who are willing to appear for the test, may get the information booklet and application form at the amount of Rs. 250/- by Demand Draft from Nationalized Bank payable at Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar in favour of Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell. The information booklet and application form will be available at Distribution Centers. The application forms to be submitted at the Distribution Centers before the last date.
There are two tests, which look similar by their names, GUJCET and GCET. GUJCET stands for Gujarat Common Entrance Test. On the other hand, GCET stands for Gujarat Common Entrance Test. The first test is for Engineering, Pharmacy degree courses and Health Sciences. However, the latter is held for admission to MCA and MBA. Therefore donít be confused.
