AMU – Eligibility Criteria, Test Pattern and How to Apply
The candidates who are seeking admission to LL.B. course should have passed Senior Secondary Exam or equivalent with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate. However, the candidates who are appearing for the qualifying exam may also apply. In the year of admission, the candidate must not be more than 22 years of age.
The test is of two hours which is of objective type. The OMR answer sheet will be provided to the candidates for response. The test paper comprises of Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Reasoning and Aptitude. The admission will be purely made available only on the basis of candidates’ performance in the entrance exam.
How to Apply
The prospectus and application form can be obtained by post. To obtain it, the candidates are required to send a request letter with Demand Draft for requisite amount in favour of the Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh. The form is also available at university exam department. The candidates can send the application form by Speed Post/Registered Post. The application form must be reached before or on the date of the submission. The form reached after the submission date will not be accepted, in addition to, incomplete application form, without requisite documents and without necessary fee will be rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained in any circumstances.
The candidates are needed to mention his/her self address on envelope with post stamp of necessary amount. This envelope should be sent along with the duly completed application form to Aligarh Muslim University. The form can also be downloaded from university website www.amu.ac.in

- High School/Secondary School Certificate
- Mark Sheets of Qualifying Exam
If the candidates who are waiting for his/her result of qualifying exam, they should submit the photocopy of mark sheet of last appeared exam.
